10 YR MISSOURI STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY
FIRST EVER RELEASE!
This incredible single barrel was laid down in October of 2014 and it boasts a mash bill of 70% Corn, 20% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley. After ten years, the angels greedily took their share but left us ~120 bottles.
BIG SMOKE AMERICAN SINGLE MALT WHISKEY
2ND RELEASE
This inaugural version of Big Smoke is 100% malt barley. The majority of which was smoked with Cherrywood to add rich fruity and smokey flavors. It is a 53gal single barrel aged over five years old and bottled at 110 proof.

Spirit Spotlight
We love loving in the Heartland of America and we wanted to showcase some of our unique local ingredients and write a liquid love letter to our region. A fantastic gin with a deep sense of place. Right across the river from the distillery is Collinsville, IL, the “Horseradish Capital of the World”! So we built a gin around this unique ingredient and layered in pink peppercorn and galangal root to build an herbal, savory, and inviting gin that is perfect for bloody Mary’s and dirty martinis.

We did the tour and tasting and had an absolutely fabulous experience. The owner David is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate! The spirits were delicious and the fact that this is a small local business added a personal touch to the experience. My only regret is not finding this place sooner. Highly recommend!
