Brandy made in heaven
Made from 100% fresh-squeezed apple juice from a local orchard. Fermented with a cider yeast and aged in barrels for over five years. Knowledge of Good is aged in new charred oak barrels while Knowledge of Evil is aged in our used 5yr rye whiskey barrels.- only four ingredients make our apple brandy: apple juice, water, yeast, and an oak barrel.

We did the tour and tasting and had an absolutely fabulous experience. The owner David is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate! The spirits were delicious and the fact that this is a small local business added a personal touch to the experience. My only regret is not finding this place sooner. Highly recommend!
