As President of the Missouri Craft Distillers Guild, David Weglarz led the effort to create "Missouri Bourbon". Bill #266 was proudly passed into law on 8.28.19 assuring that each batch must use 100% Missouri grown corn, and be mashed, fermented, and distilled in Missouri, then aged in new Missouri oak barrels.
This is StilL 630 Missouri Bourbon, born from corn, rye, barley, and love for our craft. Savor history in the making.
We taste between 8-10 barrels to pick 2-3 to blend together to create a fantastic small batch bourbon! The bourbon is our flagship mash bill: 70% Corn, 20% rye, 10% barley, always aged for over 5 years in a new charred oak barrels and bottled at 90proof. Enjoy the best Missouri has to offer!
Tasting Notes:
Nose: sweet creamed corn, caramel, vanilla, soft cherry fudge, light spice
Palate: candy corn, rich chocolate covered cherry, baking dough, sweet peppery finish
