Born from the Kinsale Export Stout brewed locally by our friends at Urban Chestnut Brewing Company. We took the actual beer, double-distilled it, and aged it in our new oak barrels for over 2.5 years. Creating a whiskey showcasing that beautiful chocolate flavor from the beer. Even though it is now whiskey, it's still kin to beer.
