Mind Your Manners Gin was created exclusively for the Idol Wolf restaurant in the 21c Museum Hotel here in St. Louis. Working with the Beverage Team at Idol Wolf, we set out to make the perfect gin to pair with their Spanish-style cuisine. Building off Juniper and Coriander, we layered in dried Orange Peel, Fennel, Orris Root, Dates, Cinnamon, & Rosemary. This gin is Ideal for Spanish G&Ts, Aviations, Corpse Revivers, and all other great gin cocktails!
The gin boasts perhaps our most beautiful label. Mind Your Manners gin proudly reflects the namesake gorgeous painting that watches over the Idol Wolf bar. The actual painting, “Mind Your Manners II” was created by world-renowned Cuban-American artist Carlos Gamez de Francisco. It is a richly colorful painting drawn from his childhood memories of life at his grandmother’s house in Cuba. We were graciously allowed to adapt the painting to create a beautiful label that looks wonderful on your bar and pays tribute to this talented artist. TASTING NOTES: Aroma of juicy orange and sweet rosemary spice. Palate provides juicy citrus with fennel & dates dusted with light earthy cinnamon. Finish is clean and crisp.
