Ingredients:
1 oz Volstead’s Folly Gin
.5 oz Beet and Lemon Thyme Simple Syrup*
(Drain a can of beets, add to a sauce pan with a cup of sugar, a cup of water and 3 sprigs of lemon thyme. Bring to a boil and strain)
3 oz Tarragon Infused Apple Juice*
(Simmer .5 gallon of apple juice with 2 tablespoons of dried tarragon)
Directions:
