Ingredients:
1 oz Volstead's Folly Gin
.5 oz Hibiscus/Sorel Simple Syrup
(1 cup Hibiscus/Sorel Mix, 1 cup Sugar and 1 cup Water. Bring to a boil and strain)
3 oz Ginger Ale
Directions:
Stirred with ice, and serve in a Collins glass.
