To mark the release of America’s 250 • Barrel #5 (1886), we’re celebrating the Statue of Liberty with a party and toast on Friday, May 1st, from 5-9 pm.

May welcomes the 5th single barrel in our America's 250th Birthday Bourbon series, celebrating the Indomitable Spirit of America.  This special single barrel honors 1886, the year the Statue of Liberty debuted as a gift from France to the United States, honoring the liberty and freedom promised in our Constitution and manifested in the soul of our nation. It stands as the preeminent symbol of the great promise of the American experiment in self-government by the people.  It was and remains the beacon of hope for millions of immigrants seeking a better life for themselves and their children.  It symbolizes the hope that through hard work, determination, and with an indomitable spirit, anyone from anywhere can build a better life here in America. The essence of the Statue of Liberty represents the most noble aspect of the American Dream.  And we honor that spirit with this special Missouri Straight Bourbon Whiskey.  We made this bourbon from corn, barley, rye, and wheat, aged over 5 years, and bottled in bond to honor its ideal for America’s 250th Birthday.

Special Guest speaker: Bob Rocca with AKT Studios. Bob Rocca is a master sculptor whose work adorns countless St. Louis area parks, streets, and buildings as well as many other cities around the country.  For over 30 years, he's been creating and repairing historic art pieces and sculptures.  Based in St. Louis with AKT Studios and his son, Tony, he has most recently restored the fountains in Fountain Park and the MLK Jr. statue there as well.  Join us Friday, May 1st at 6:30 pm to hear him speak about art, sculpture, and honoring our cultural artistic monuments in St. Louis and beyond!
